Prior to joining Emerald, Megan held executive leadership positions as Chief Experience Officer at Village Bank where she was responsible for customer/employee experience, marketing, human resources and enterprise risk management. She has a passion for building brands and helping business leaders and entrepreneurs grow their businesses and has direct experience serving national brands in retail, technology, banking, healthcare and manufacturing. Megan has also held sales and marketing executive leadership roles where she was responsible for organic growth and multi-million-dollar engagements with Fortune 500 brands.
