David Kristal is the Founder and CEO of Augeo, a global leader in enterprise engagement and loyalty platform technology. Augeo delivers compelling experiences that connect people in inspired and imaginative ways—including through its recently sold digital commerce platform Figg and its newly launched crypto loyalty platform Heaps℠, which enables users to redeem loyalty currencies for leading cryptocurrencies. In his role at Augeo, David is active in all aspects of the firm’s activities.
Most recently, for his commitment to entrepreneurial excellence, innovation and the next generation of entrepreneurs, David has been recognized and honored in 2021 as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Digital Commerce Alliance (DCA) and in 2022 as the University of Minnesota’s Entrepreneur of the Year. He is active in philanthropic initiatives, serves as a voluntary member on several boards and actively supports a variety of early-stage commercial efforts through Augeo. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and his law degree from Stanford Law School.
