Dan Seder
BILT Rewards, Chief Operating Officer
Dan is the Chief Operating Officer at Bilt Rewards. Dan has been a part of the team since inception and leads multiple functional areas, including payments, customer experience, banking, data analytics, finance and people.
In addition to his role at Bilt Rewards, Dan is an Operating Partner at Kairos, a venture-studio, and a member of the Kairos Investment Committee.
Dan joined Bilt from Stone Point Capital, where he led investments across private equity, venture capital and real estate. He specialized in financial services and real estate investments. Dan remains an Advisor to Stone Point Capital
Dan began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Bank. He graduated from Brown University with a BA in Economics and History.
